To ensure the itinerary runs smoothly and to maintain navigation safety for the return trip (considering tides and sunset), “the charter period strictly begins at the confirmed booking time.” If you arrive late, the trip will still end at the originally scheduled time. Therefore, we highly recommend arriving at the marina at least 15-30 minutes early to ensure you enjoy your full time onboard.
You can select your preferred route according to the packages offered by each boat (e.g., Phang Nga Bay, Khai Island, or Coral Island). However, on the day of the trip, the Captain will assess the situation based primarily on “weather conditions, tide levels, and passenger safety.” If conditions are unfavorable, the Captain may recommend a beautiful and safe alternative route for you.
This depends on the specific package you have selected. If you book a “Standard Charter,” the price typically excludes National Park fees and hotel transfers (which must be paid separately). However, if you have purchased a “Full Service” package, the price is all-inclusive, covering round-trip transfers from your hotel and all necessary National Park fees as per the itinerary.
