What is included in the private charter price, and are there any additional costs?
Our private charter price covers the main expenses for your trip, including: an experienced captain, service crew, fuel for the standard itinerary, cold drinking water, seasonal fresh fruit, snorkeling equipment, life jackets for all passengers, and marine accident insurance.
However, the price does not include:
National Park entrance fees (if applicable)
Main meals (which can be ordered as an extra service)
Land transfer service (hotel pick-up and drop-off)

What is the booking process and payment policy?
You can easily book a trip by contacting us via LINE Official or phone to check for boat availability and your desired route. Once the trip is confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to confirm and secure the boat for your date. The remaining 50% can be paid 7 days before the travel date (or in cash at the pier on the departure day, subject to agreement). After your deposit is received, we will send you a Booking Confirmation document containing all your trip details.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the trip?
Customer safety is our highest priority. If, on the day of departure, the captain determines that the weather conditions are unsafe (e.g., a storm or excessively strong waves), boattripthailand will contact you to discuss the best solution. You can choose to:
Reschedule the trip to another convenient date (within 6 months) at no additional charge.
Cancel the trip and receive a 100% full refund.
(Note: In the case of light rain with calm seas, the trip can usually proceed as normal.)
Can I bring my own food and drinks on board?
Yes, absolutely. You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages (including alcoholic drinks) on board. We do not charge any corkage fees. We provide a large ice cooler and basic tableware (plates, glasses, etc.) for your use. Alternatively, if you prefer not to prepare your own, we offer set menus or a seafood buffet (at an additional cost). Please notify us at least 1-2 days in advance if you wish to order this.
What facilities and safety equipment are available on board?
All our yachts are equipped with essential facilities, such as a clean toilet, a freshwater shower (for rinsing off), relaxation areas (both indoor air-conditioned and outdoor), and a Bluetooth speaker for your music. In terms of safety, we provide life jackets for adults and children (matching the passenger count), a first-aid kit, and a VHF radio. Our captain and crew are well-trained in maritime safety and rescue procedures.
How should I prepare, and where is the meeting point?
For an enjoyable trip, we recommend you prepare necessary personal items such as sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, a personal towel, swimwear, and any personal medication (especially motion sickness pills, if you are prone to it). The meeting point (our pier) will be clearly specified in your Booking Confirmation (complete with a Google Maps location). We kindly ask you to arrive at the pier at least 30 minutes before the departure time to prepare and receive a safety briefing from the captain.
