Terms & Rules

Timing & Charter Hours

Full Day: 8 Hours (e.g., 09:00 – 17:00)
Half Day: 4 Hours (e.g., 09:00 – 13:00 or 14:00 – 18:00)
Embarkation: Boarding at Marina.
Late Arrival: Charter times are fixed. Late arrival by the guest will not result in an extension of the charter period.

Cancel / Prepayment

Prepayment: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 7 days prior to your charter date.
Guest Cancellation:
- 30+ days before charter: Full refund of deposit.
- 7-29 days before charter: Deposit is non-refundable.
- Within 7 days or No-Show: 100% of the total charter fee is non-refundable.

Weather Policy (Essential Addition)

Captain’s Authority: Safety is our highest priority. If the Captain determines that weather or sea conditions are unsafe, the charter will be cancelled.
Your Options: In this event, you will be offered the choice to reschedule to another available date or receive a full refund.
Note: Light rain or cloudy weather is not considered unsafe, and the charter will proceed as scheduled.

Guests & Safety (Replaces "No Age Limit")

All Ages Welcome: All ages are welcome on board.
Child Supervision: Parents are solely responsible for the safety and supervision of their children at all times.
Lifejackets: Lifejackets are provided for all guests. Children are required to wear them while the yacht is moving or as directed by the Captain.

Food, Drinks & Rules (Essential Addition)

Food & Drinks: You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages.
Corkage Fee: A corkage fee of [e.g., $100 or 2,000 THB] will apply to all alcoholic beverages brought on board.
Shoes: To protect the yacht’s deck, we have a “barefoot” policy. Shoes will be collected upon boarding.

Pets
